Student Council

The Student Council aims at being the communicator between the student body and the college administration and works toward building a healthy relationship by having clear communication channels between them to instil a sense of peace and harmony in the college campus and put a stop to any possible misinformation. The Student Council also aims at providing a safe and secure campus where each and every student studying here feels comfortable doing so. In order to ensure this, The Student Council carries out various initiatives such as collecting, presenting and resolving student grievances. We also help coordinate and supervise the various events being conducted on the college campus throughout the year.

Key Functions of Student Council:

1. The functions and activities of a Student Council should support the aims and objectives of the Council and promote the development of the college and the welfare of its students. In planning and undertaking activities during the course of the college year, the Council should:
2. Work closely with the management, teachers, and students,
3. Consult regularly with students in the college, and
4. Involve as many students as possible in the activities of the Council to represent the views of the students on matters of general concern to them.
